Gorgeous vintage one-of-a-kind Chinese rosewood table mirror with elaborate foo dog & lattice work. The table mirror is removeable from its open framework. This mirror will make a beautiful statement in any room. It is in very good vintage condition. Circa early-mid 1900's.
History of Chinese Table Screens: The table screen would be placed on the painting table, which was in front of a window to catch the light The screen would protect the desk from drafts and shield the wet ink from the sun. Drawings on silk predated paper.
